bee, I use two types of release agent. One is a french made polish especially made for the job. The other is a release agent bought in 5 litre containers. The release agent is a blue liquid mixed with PVA . When applied, the liquid evaporates and leaves a film on the mould. I polish the moulds first and then put the release agent on, just to make sure. This stuff is readily available in any fibreglass shop, usually a trade counter in a bout yard. I get mine from E.R Birch on Canvey Island.

A few tips:
Epoxy will not melt common hard-ware store foam, the downside to epoxy is you have to use cloth, and not mat - as epoxy is to thick for mat. also, it costs more - and so does cloth.
A normal car wax will do, I use part-all paste wax (johnsons is also popular) and then a release agent on bigger parts (part all's "green seal")
Goodluck with the build, they look great?

Bee... Whats the word on this one, have been trying to figure out a 6" horn to meet 1" or a piezo array (gasp) similar to Fitzmaurice cabs.
