lol i think you'll find the sound travels pretty far, they're a very long throw horn. chances are if your using them indoors, most of the bass is in the carpark.

You should check your wiring for any reversed polarity box. Try plugging one box, then plug second one and see if the amount of bass is increasing. If at any next box you notice the bass is decreasing than that one is reversed. How do you stack them? A picture will tell more.
What amps and processing are you using? HPF at 35 and LPF at 90 will be just fine i recon.

Check for seals.

Play a 40hz test tone and stand around 10 metres away. I suggest Bink's test CD if you don't have a sig gen.

Model it and see. I would expect a little bit more LF extension, as usual with ported horns.

The model is the tricky bit, simon's model is good, but IRL there is a bit more LF extension and it does sound like a flock of geese up high.

Which drivers are you using?

Did you build according to Centauri plans, or modified?

You would only port it to enhance low freq, at cost of efficiency, these babies go down to 40hz in singles (with right driver), so no need for that.
