There are loads of groups on facebook.... new ones poppin up all the time.
Ebay is still a good shout but some optomistic prices from somemvery silly people.
I bought a brand new 2400mk t.amp for just over 200 delived from germany (4days clicking to doorstep) and they have 3year warranties with their amps

Dont we all brother!!
You want a bass amp that will run 2x 700w speakers a side yes?....
Or you building 2 bass bins to start with so only 1x 700w speaker a side?

Haha yeah, no for the bass amp I'm going to have the cbe at 700w and the other 2 bins which I'm struggling to find drivers for and then maybe the bass bins which will go under my mids or I'll just plug them into the other amp and use a passive crossover

That last post made it sound like you have several types of bass bins and you mixing them?? Thats not a good idea, it will make it sound awful and in some cases even lower the bass response due to phase and delay issues.

Tell me the exact cabs you have and how you intend to use them. I thought you was just using the CBe on sub MAYBE a kick bin and then your mid-tops??..

A 1850 horn on each side, but scaled down for a 12" driver then on top of that is an MTH 30 which will be attached to the MT-130 then in the middle a cbe 18

No. Just no.
Mixing all those horns and bass cabs will ruin your sound and i do mean ruin!
Drop the 2 of the 3 bass bins. Either use a mth30 OR CBe OR an 1850 horn (a scale verion wont work properly either)
If you just want cheap and i mean CHEAP build 2x MTH30 and the mt130 tops and leave it there.
If you mix all those cabs ypu will be throwing money away (yes wasting money) and you just be disapointed.
