went and picked up 4 hd15s from a speaker builder on the weekend, just need 4 pd154sto loadthem now. also bought a dcx 2496 lms crossover over the weekend
since then seem to be re thinking my ideas for a planned system.. just cant quite settle on which config to go for..
Original planned for a single stack of
2 x1 subs
6 hd15 kick bins
2 mid tops (was looking at mt 121s)
Price i have been quoted for another 2 hd15's to add to the 4 i currently have is almost the same as what i paid for the 4 i have.
Guess i would be better off with this stack, would mean a rig being built sooner and alsoeasily upgradable to 2 stacks of the same config when funds allow.
1 x1 letterbox sub
4 hd15s which will sit nicely on the letterbox x1
1 or 2 midtops, think 1 would be enough to keep up with that stack. depending on the cab.
just stuck on the midtops, as to what would compliment the above stack nicely,
suggestions?
