Driver ID

Picked this up yesterday because it looked intresting. with the diaphram been carbon fibre
Its a Ring driver, but looks to me like it should be used with a flare. No makers mark but i reckon its either American or japanese.

It's a cabasse apparently.

they have some interesting drive units actually, do you remember their active monitors in the 80s?

the logo on the sticker is the cabasse logo, apart from that im no closer to finding the model number etc. as they only make hi fi now.
the only reason i got it was out of curiosity. im sure i will never find another, but it really is a work of art!

i have the same problem with some mckenzie speakers, ill post some pics over the weekend!4 x 12" and 2 x 15" Been searching for info on them for a few months, very frustrating. Good luck with finding the model, Have you tryed emailing them direct.
