Phill who runs High Pressure Sound System in Leeds is from Kendal... he posts occasionally on SP.com but as i say he's based in Leeds now so this might be of no use what so ever lol [img]smileys/smiley36.gif[/img]

What about doing a Frappr Map for free speaker plans users (in the non literal sense of course!) ?

The reason i asked is because im planning on doing an a-level product design course in september and i am thinking along the lines of a designing and making a 3 way speaker

If there was someone local i could gain a bit of confidence in designing / building speakers as im more of a hands on learning kind of person.

Taking into account that no one with any of my intrests live locally ill just have to bash on and gain what info i can from the internet, luckily I do have access to a workshop with a circular saw + other bits and bobs!
