Building a rig

Hi I've recently decided that I'm going to build a rig specifity designed for techno music ideally I would want something that could comfortably power a venue of upto 500 people please can you help me build the perfect rig in order to help me achieve my goal please bare in mind this will be a solo thing so the budget will have to be as low as possibe (i don't mind spending of its nessecery)
