        Good afternoon! 
I just here with one question how i can powered up that speaker's? any ideas with passive crossover i have to choose for tweeter and 8 inch speaker? And for 15inch speakers aswell?

        3 kHz is a bit high, based on 3 octaves for a horn 2 - 2.4 kHz seems better, if the compression driver can handle it. Passive filters at 300 Hz are going to waste a lot of energy, plus they'll have to very beefy to handle adequate power, so active filtering is the way to go there.
