Cleaning speaker cone was created by Steve123
Any advice on cleaning mildew/mould off a cone with out causing damage to the paper cone?

If you can keep this away from the glue joints, Solvents would work, because they evaporate to nothing without affecting the cone. Afterwards I would waterproof the cones. The lightest I think you'll find is a Cellulose Aerosol.
