How to wire up a hog scoop

Aright everyone, i have a question i need some help with, i'm building a hog scoop and loading it with a Void V18-1000 driver. What i'm not sure about is whether or not ill be able to just fit the speaker terminal and then run the plus and negative from there to the driver and just leave it at that. I know i aint going to need a crossover but it seems to simple. Any help would be very much appreciated, cheers. Jack

Yep, thats about it for wiring. Worth it to add a second terminal for daisy chaining in the future. You will need an active crossover before the amp though to set the band and protect the driver from overexcursion below the cut off.
