Why is here not more successful?

With the ridiculous new rules and red tape over on our other site I thought this place might be seeing some more action, but it appears not, would prefer to see a more open forum again! Where's the support?!

been a bit slow here of late!

if you look at the daily hit count etc it busyer than the other side, we just are not seeing it on the forum yet..... alot of people use this forum for the vast infomation it has on products etc in the resources section.....

+1 im here more now... sales section rules killed it for me, cant grab a bargin if no one posts....

It would be easy for some people to flood this Forum with stuff, but in my own case, I joined these forums to try to help people out, So I end up waiting for the questions to be asked. I have a disadvantage compared with some, because I have no experience with cab plans on here or SP, and it's also hard to talk about someone else's designs. This Forum, at the moment, is growing faster than SP, and we are now over half the size. Sometime in the future, it will probably overtake in membership. In the meantime, we need some meaningful subjects to get our teeth into.

The thing is its normally a novice asking a question that starts the best threads.........

i think ive just decided to migrate. the fact that threads moved so slow here kinda put people off i think. me for one, but all the recent bolloks on bigbrotherplans. has put me well off

Don't forget, it was because some dodgy b'stards were ripping people off, which is why For sale forum rules changed over there.

Same thing will happen here, if For sale forum becomes infected with the same parasites.

Another possibility is the fact that the "other site" is far easier to see and use, the layout is better. (my opinion of course)

Ive tried to use this site more, but it doesn't seem to have the same feel, whether thats because threads dont move as quick.....I dunno?

I will however actively try to use this more.
