Yeah some of those EQ's cost a fortune, when I was running a PA system 20 years ago I was always trying to improve on the sound of the system which would make it easier to tune and quicker to set up.
At the time there were a lot of people doing the same thing, both passively ( sweetening horns & compression drivers )
and actively ( the whole system ) with system protection as well.
Unfortunately there were no DriveRacks and the like back then.
Those processers are definately fun to play with once you get your head around that weird gain structure.

pros and cons a digital lms will give yo so many more features, but the anolog gives you very nice warmth......

Yes I definately agree with that. Going the anolog route definately has it's advantages.

what is the best analogue active xover in your opinions guys? I currently use a berry 3400 at the Mo. But I am hoping that Matrix will bring out a 19" rack xover soon?
