its on utc time which is a world clock, it monitors times of all the major city's around the world...... not sure how it works or why.... for example as i right this, the clock says 20:55 on my pc but the speaking clock on the phone says 20.56..... if i view this page on my mobile it reads 20:56 same as the speaking clock. Nearly all international time is kept using Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and a twenty four hour clock. UTC is also known as GMT, or Greenwich Mean Time.
But this can be effected by where you are in the world, for example if you are in america, it should be showing the correct time for your location. not sure why yours is showing an hour out though.....

I have now just joined the 21st Century. I have become a computer geek. I went into the appropriate section and reset the clock. I am at peace now. Does anyone know when we put the clocks back?
