don't know where you hail from, but partsexpress sells a lot of 4 core cable

gets some 8 way 2.5 and double up to 4 pairs, each cable 5mm

or use 4mm and have short runs

never heard of anyone using 6mm

Not speaker cable but I'd expect you should be able to buy 4 core 6mm HO7RNF if you look around enough. 3phase+Earth cable for running motors etc.

personally know of people using 6mm on bass runs

one chap runs a massive HK system uses it for bass runs with 2ohm loading over 20m
