12" sub with 6x9's?

Can I build a tallish skinny cab with a 12" sub and a 6x9 like in the car? Or, some 6" components??

If I want a 800w cab does the sub and main driver have to be 800w each or 400w sub + 400w driver??

if you're looking for something for your home select something that's designed for that application.I don't think Than a 6/9 is going to sound goof in your living room .there are a lot of good plans out on the Internet
