Dummy thinkin of building a P A

Well it's a bit late as I've already built 2 horns so I don't think I'll go with that option simply because the time has already gone into building the boxes. So what your saying is I should get 2 amps.. 1 for lows and one for mids and highs, and am I correct in saying that the way that the two snot would be connected to each other would be with an active crossover or is that where I'm lost?

Ok well the tops are built aready. Fair doo's. But you COULD run 2x tops and 2x bins on one amp and an active cross over yes. Nice and simple... and fairly low cost. Wen you want more power or to go louder buy a second amp just for bass and build a second set of bins....
Running one amp means your be only be able to go mono, but to be honest whos gonna notice??

Right true, as we speak I'm ordering the mid drivers and tweeters, soo I'll see if I can get an amp too, how would I connect a crossover to the amp?

Again as I don't have much money I got a eminence alpha 12, I read some reviews, not the loudest drivers but pretty clear sound for what they are, a lot of people were surprised with them.
