My name is Stephen Wess, but most people call me Scuba. I am currently studying on a BA degree course on Live Music at the University College Plymouth St. Mark & St John, aka UCP Marjon. Its a brand new course which began September 2009, and teaches about everything about live music from the technical and performance sides to the mangerial and legal sides. I am on this course because i want to eventually become a live sound engineer. I also decided i wantyed to do this whilst at college doing a BTEC in Music Technology. I have joined this site, recommended by Steve K, as i would like to aquire and gain additional knowledge and 'meet' the like-minded people on this site, but most important gain friends and contacts, who i hope i could work with and earn much needed experience. As i have been reading and been taught the theory, but greatly crave a lot of practical exposure.
