Took me all day to rout this, just noticed an error...

lol.... i would make the joints a bit bigger, on my templates i go for about 35mm between each section, this helps to make the template stronger and last for a very long time. If you allso give yourself about 60mm from 2 edges of template (square edge) you can clamp on a metal t bar the lenght of the template so all cabs will be exact (i.e. each piece of ply is pushed square to the 2 metal bars, like a worktop jig....)....... good effort smiley20

how did you get on hbl.......

i might bin it and start again using a 30mm guide bush and 18mm cutter as the guys have recomended

def the way to go, i was given a full demo yesterday on the new festool router, i must say it is a very nice piece of kit...... but very pricey.
