Maybe, just maybe a A correctly designed 2x15 reflex for B&C/Eminence drivers would do the job.
If you have little extra to spend on drivers, jbl 2226s would provide higher power handling.

You won't get that nicely out of a scoop any day, my friend.
I'd strongly consider dividing that up into two bands.
The only designs that'd do that range are reflex boxes.

I don't know maybe I'll look at the Martin 215 but it looks to be a heavy clunky box to move around?
