hog scoop 21'' desing help

The horn path will be very hyperbolic <0.5, so octo hyperbolic. Not sure this will be optimum for this design given the mouth size.

Throat has a width of 127mm, then jumps to 179mm very quickly, is there a reason for this?

And there is no reason of this jump of throat, I saw that and i thinked the same, and this desing gives me a very strange horn with very irregular sections. As people say, maybe I should make a more linear exponential horn?

I got your plan, the SUPERSCOOPER MOGAlE 21, wich is desing specially for an pd2150, and i adapted the horn in the hog scoop, then I will share this plan when I go home for show it. The result is a big box but with good an very similar hornresp SPL graph

that's the new desing using mogale 21 superscoop reference, and adapt for get 2'5 horn lenght. what do you think??

I know the big size but i would get a good bass against weight problem ??

Maybe I could use 18mm of ply for get it more light or 21 is strongest to avoid vibrations etc..??
