you may find it easyer and quicker to cut all panels at the same time. i.e. all side panels, then back panels etc....... then when it comes to putting the cab together you can glue and screw all 3 at the same time. (glue screw side panel on all 3, back panel on all 3) if any of the panels are slightly out then you can make adjustments to all 3 at the same time....... smiley33

Yeah I had two cut and planned to build two at once but once I started on one I realized I might be better to re hone my few wood working skills and learn on this one -
I would have duplicated a few mistakes that Ive had to fix once already.. Not too sure how Im going to seal the last side but Im sure I will figure out a way.

through the driver cut out..... reach as far back as you can, then get the rest from inside the horn.... use decorator caulk....

Did that included drilling the driver bolt pattern and insert t-nuts before glueing all panels? Just checking as otherwise it's a pita.have learnt lots along the way

cubo - thats a negative as I dont have the drivers yet - Why do you say its stuffed now ? I planned on drilling these holes and then putting the t nuts in once they arrived -
