as has previously been mentioned the dispertion from a mt122 at the frequency you'd cross to the limmer is an awful lot wider than 40x20. Dom uses his limmer above a porn horn 12" section apparently with good results.

sks01- the mt122 uses a 1.4" driver from 800Hz.
