new 12" mid horn design.....

ok to day was a great day. Big thank you to Tony ass with his help ive ordered the new drivers for the horn, they are the B&C 12ndl76........ they looked great on the sims, just hope they sound just as good.... Due to the sun coming out today, i turned on the tunes and got to work. I set my work bench up outside and had a good afternoon of sanding and filling in the sun........







just a little bit more sanding needed and a few pin holes to fill, then i will knock up the flange, and pop down the boat yard for the fibre glass bits i need.

Today i finished off the main part to to the plug.......





Ive just got to finish off the flange part and put it on a base......

Had a very nice day today, drove down to southend to pick up my new drivers, great to catch up with Tony ass. Thank you again tony for sorting out the drivers for me, I opened them up as soon as i got in, one word lush..... gonna load up one of my mt121's and have a play, if one of my neigbours is reading this sorry......

hope so, but i need to see final plot of this horn first, by the time i add a phase plug to it it may not need a 6"...

Ben, I should have asked you when we were together, do you have anything to measure the end result with?
