drive rack pa+ vs ultradrive

which one do you guys like better..........

i want to know too smiley20 Im still running old skool and want to upgrade soon. I have played around with one of the dbx ones, but i like behringer.

owned both

personally i preffered the interfacing and build quality on the DBX

but the berry is way more flexible

the berry offers the features of the DBX 260 but for a lot less cost

p.s. at the moment i have actually reverted to using a nice analogue crossover because i like the sound of it :thumbup:

cheers saul, i was helping out at a dnb night on friday and used the dbx + for the first time, i found the build quality top notch, but the menu system a little hard to get used too. the sound quality was very good. We used 2 dbx's one was splitting 2 way one for subs the the other was feeding into the 2nd dbx and run 3 way + monitors. Im tempted to get one for my system....... still not sure as the berry does have more features........

Although both units are made in China, the DBX certainly has a better pedigree. I've always seen the Ultradrive as a good cheap unit and the Drive rack as the top semi pro unit. What has surprised me in the past is that so many Ultradrives have been used with top pro amps.
